I doubt there are many [any?] who want less-than-flawless-execution when users access critical business applications that have the potential to create chaos when mistakes are made. And yet, we continue to perpetuate a false sense of user readiness by relying upon Training to ensure they are capable to executing flawlessly in the post-training environment – the point of work. How can we not see that Training is not enough?![]()
